Zenray Hot Sauce was founded by Brian Hanley and is the culmination of a lifelong passion for hot sauce. With over a decade experience running a successful restaurant / nightclub and 3 years field testing hundreds of hot sauce formulations, Zenray has set a new bar for flavor and heat.

Brian grew up in upstate New York and first learned methods of making Buffalo Hot Wings from his Dad at their family Restaurant / Nightclub. Brian’s love for delicious and spicy foods led him to test out his creations on his fellow co-workers at a major high tech company with amazing reactions, which led to the creation of Zenray Hot Sauce.
