Zenray Hot Sauce - not your typical hot sauce.

Hand crafted in small batches, using only the finest organic ingredients, this sauce puts flavor first and heat second. Our sauces are lacto-fermented for 4 weeks or more to transform the ingredients into “next-level” flavor bombs. During the final creation phase, subtle flavor adjustments are made with the addition of raw wild honey and apple cider vinegar. There are 4 main types of sauces - categorized by their heat signature and a few others that defy description.

Mild - like the heat of a Jalapeño or Fresno pepper

Medium - like the heat from a Serrano or Habanero pepper

Hot - usually using a super hot pepper such as Scorpion or Ghost.

VERY Hot - usually using a super hot pepper such as Primotalii or Carolina Reaper.

Do I need to Refrigerate my Hot Sauce ?

Choose your heat level

Mild has tons of flavor with a subtle glow of heat on the lips and tongue. We made Blue Heaven to go easy on the heat.

Medium has a pop of flavor and a good kick that wakes up your taste buds - but it’s not overly hot. Check out our Orange Sunshine for this flavor bomb.

Hot is for curious heat seekers that want to get a sense of the euphoria created with ingredients like the Ghost Pepper found in our Sunburst Ecstasy.

Extreme is for experienced heat seekers and PepperHeads - with full flavor and heat sending those endorphins rushing to your brain and a nice smooth burn that is not overly painful. Check out our Scorched Porcelain for extreme heat.
